She often only resides in the Chairman's Tower and can only be spotted occasionally at that location. She is the head and overseer of the Bossbot's Department, a department that directly studies the behavior of Robloxians. Her department also formerly specialized in researching Myths but this is out of focus now. Not much is known about her past before becoming her current self but for some time she was a Big Cheese, which was not for an extended period. Out of most of the Cogs, she has had the most drastic changes within her character development over the past years besides her fellow Head of Department Chief Financial Officer. == Present Lore == She has had most lore written for her character, especially written for sub-games her Department is connected to and also hinted lore from either other connected Cogs' stories or her own room within the tower. There has also been vague lore on her character within the Discord server that was never delved into and was left out in the open. Most lore below is either now scrapped due to her most former actress leaving or will be reworked but is going to be documented for archival purposes of the current era of the Chairman's Tower of Cogs. === '''Her past with The Chief Justice''' === Not much is directly known to what led to the events of this incident, however what is known is that she is a direct cause to Chief Justice's blindness. Chief Justice had began stepping out of line showing vague signs of flawed behavior not expected of a Cog, especially during executions. Due to this, in order to fix said behavior, The Chief Executive Officer proceeded to gauge The Chief Justice's eyes out in order to "have something else to worry about". As of now, the Chief Justice wears a bandage over her eyes and cannot use her sense of vision, and rarely ever takes off the bandages. After this event took place, the two have had visible tension between eachother. Despite this, The Chief Justice holds no aversion towards The Chief Executive Officer, having stated before that she holds some care for her and believes her actions were of good intent despite how far from the truth this could be. ==History== CEOofTheTower was created on June 18th, 2019.https://users.roblox.com/v1/users/1124424495 CEOofTheTower was originally first seen in "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUqclyRNJEw&t=662s Roblox's disturbing business...]" when [[Mrflimflam]] visited [https://www.roblox.com/games/3013994145/The-Chairmans-Tower-For-Cogs The Chairman's Tower For Cogs]. The character started out with the former actor as mentioned within the Controversy section and had been within the Myth since it's beginning until late 2022 when her original actor would be fired for inappropriate behavior towards other members of the Myth. She also had her very own Twitter account created by her original actor however it is inactive. Her behavior during this period, especially on Discord, differed from her current displayed behavior. Her actor was very active within the communications server and would even occasionally stream gameplay in the server. During this time, they would display a more laidback attitude that was unlike her current personality towards other Robloxians. After 2022, a new actor had taken over her account and stayed as her actor up until 2025. Within Late May of 2026, her new actress would make a new Discord account for her. Within the Discord server, alongside the tower, she was notable for being somewhat active. In Mid August 2026, her actress would quietly step down from the character and as of current versions of this page, she is considered Semi-Inactive until a new actor takes over her character. === Controversy/Drama === '''''Trigger warning, Topics of Predatory behavior ahead, click "Show More" to view.'''''
In late 2022, the original actor for the CEO account was demoted from her position without much context.''As seen in image 1 of the Gallery.'' Days later, a document was published and shared in the C.O.G.S Discord server.''As seen in image 2 of the Gallery.'' This document spoke of predatory actions committed by the former actor of the account towards a former staff member for the group. After this was revealed to the group's higher ups, the actor for CEO was removed, and was replaced. Later on, this replacement actor would leave the group due to boredom, and a new individual would become the actor for CEO.
== Appearance == Much like almost every Cog in The Chairman's Tower of Cogs, Chief Executive Officer has a custom avatar while in-game that vastly differs from the one showcased on the Roblox website. Her avatar has also gone through drastic changes over the years from former variations of the character. Her current outfit in-game is in the process of being remade and in respect of her former actress which had partial creative liberty of her former design will not be showcased within her page. She views herself with high authority and believes herself to be superior than others. She can come off as rude and despite not inherently violent, can resort to it if she feels disrespected, her personal space is disrespected or if others fall out of line; She has also been known to enforce executions while not physically handling them, leaving them to CJ instead. From the mouth of Lower tiers of other departments and even her fellow HOD, she has been described to be 'trigger angry' and will shoot just about anyone. === Abilities === * '''Golf Club Wielder''' **She utilizes a Golf Club (the one in her inventory is a Nine Iron) as her go-to weapon and speed enhancer. She can use it to whack Robloxians, which causes damage in the process. her doing this displays a golfing animation. She can also use it to get to places faster, in which she swings it half way (sideways almost) and she zips forward. Her zipping forward creates an effect from the Nine Iron. Her Nine Iron is not to be mistaken for her Driver which is a separate club she uses particularly for actual Golfing (despite never showcased. The driver in question can only be seen in her statues. *She additionally also uses a gun to shoot Robloxians. ==Relationships== === [[CJofTheTower]] === CJofTheTower is a fellow Department Head of CEO's who has a complicated close past together. CEO is responsible for CJ's current blindness, after gouging her eyes out in an attempt to distract her from her guilt of executing a Big cheese. In more recent interactions, CEO tends to stick close to CJ and often observes her. CEO occasionally also makes snarky remarks about CJ. According to Chief Justice, despite how much their personalities clash and they can't seem to get along, both irritating eachother in some sense and The Chief Executive Officer particularly taking interest in tormenting Chief Justice, Chief Justice still views her as a 'dear friend' and the two demonstrate some 'closeness' even if not the typical due to them being Cogs. The two's personalities clash due to the fact that The Chief Executive Officer's Grumpiness and a lacking of care for harming other Robloxians even if there is no good reasoning irritates Chief Justice greatly and Chief Justice is too different from her motives and other reasonings not mentioned which greatly irritates Chief Executive Officer. It has gotten to a point where an undisclosed incident left Chief Executive Officer to almost completely destroy her own room. === [[ChiefFinanceOfficer|ChiefFinancialOfficer]] === The Chief Executive Officer and The Chief Financial officer have an aversion towards each other for not certain reasons, however in most of their arguments (or CEO's snarky remarks towards him, referring to him as a 'Child in an executive role' before and insulting his competence quite often) are in the topics of work ethics and CEO particularly criticizing CFO's work ethic and his impulse spending. ==Theories== * The Chief Executive Officer is Augmented herself. While entirely vague and not explored on unless you were to look deeper into it, she can display traits that can be deemed as Un-Cog-Like. The most notable is shown in her room. Her room is a mess entirely, her portrait is torn up and the carpet to her door is also torn up. A chair is also seen flipped over on the floor and the walls that are scattered on the walls repeat the same lyric of; "The harp she loved ne'er spoke again, for she tore its' chords asunder." from The Minstrel boy by Thomas Moore. From the mouth of The Chief Justice; she bluntly has stated in a private interview that the result of the room's internal destruction was due to the Chief Executive Officer was "fired up about her" which she compares to the similar feeling she feels towards The Chief Executive Officer. In other more vague behavior of The Chief Executive Officer, she sometimes spaces out or sometimes is "lost in thought" while observing certain things. It can point to Augmented Cog, as despite them being Cogs, they still hold some sort of attributes that were with them when they were once Robloxian. ** Additionally, there is a possibility that the lyrics shown on the screens in the room aren't entirely in literal sense due to this and may be describing Chief Justice and how The Chief Executive Officer gouged her eyes out. *There is a possibility Pre-Augment (back to previous theory) she may have been involved in a militia group much like her fellow Head of Department, Chief Justice. ** While not much to back this up, she has been associated quite a lot with things that tie back to wars or military themes. There is also an additionally possibility that She and Chief Justice may have known eachother Pre-Augmentation. ** This militia group could have also served as somewhat apart of a resistance movement and that The Chief Executive Officer could've even lead said resistance movement. ==Trivia== *She utilizes She/Her Pronouns. *Despite her Department having a former purpose to explore and research Myths, the CEO herself often says that she is very "out of touch" with the Myth Community, and usually only interacts with it if prompted to by the Chairman - such as an award show or meeting with specific creators. *She has an interest in Psychology and Robloxian behavior. *She sometimes takes on the hobby of reading and is said her go to genre is Psychology. *She prefers Classical music and music utilizing the Harpsichord, as well as Waltz; A composer she preferred the most is Chopin. *Her favorite color is Green, particularly the color of the Boss Bot Golf Course. *She has been associated with a few songs, one of them being The Minstrel boy by Thomas Moore which is an Irish song about the 1798 rebellion.
