== Theories ==
*Multiple theories have gone around The Chairman, one of the key theories is that the Chairman used to be a Robloxian, and was turned into a Cog. Part of this theory is from the fact that the [https://www.roblox.com/users/1445729780/profile Robber Baron]; a Cog Supervisor used to be a Robloxian as well. This comes from the very Lore Heavy game linked to the Supervisor's account, [https://www.roblox.com/games/4660036291/The-Monopoly The Monopoly].
*He does allow a very small amount of Robloxians to work at the Tower, though the one he trusts the most is the Janitor, NKM9. Nobody knows why this is the case...

== Trivia ==
* The myth characters are based on the game [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toontown_Online Toontown Online]. Other than the characters, there are no other relations with the actual game.
