behind the door is a dark secret— Aconzenc
Aconzenc was an old myth fairly recognized during the 2010s and part of a trio of accounts including A3point14 and cneznoca most prominently featured in jokerkid5898’s “List of Interesting 'Myth' Places" and Robloxian Myth Hunter’s "Myth Places to Investigate".

Biography

Aconzenc’s story is largely unknown; however, certain vague plot elements can be deduced from the games affiliated with the myth, such as its strange usage of the number Pi and a looming mystery surrounding Aconzenc that myth hunters were meant to uncover. Obviously, the myth did not withstand the course of time very well, leaving a very poorly-made husk of a game to whoever would stumble upon it in the present day. At the time, though, it managed to find its footing and reach relative success thanks to the mystery the myth presented, having captivated the attention of some of the hunters of the time.

History

Aconzenc’s account was made on March 7th, 2012 along with two other accounts connected to the myth - A3point14 and cneznoca - within two hours. All the games were made soon after the accounts’ respective creation. There were seemingly no updates other than in Aconzenc's Place the day after its creation. Whatever changed between its initial creation and this update is unknown.

It’s unclear exactly how the myth came to the attention of the hunters of the past since no real discussions revolving around the myth have been uncovered as of yet; what is known is that jokerkid5898 had added it to his list of interesting myth places in 2015 in the OT forum boards, which likely contributed to its addition to RMH’s “Myth Places to Investigate” teleporter game. Its addition to the PTI contributed to the game’s high visit count, as archives from 2015 show all three games having between 100-200 visits. It's safe to assume that the myth reached its peak in mid-2017, around the same time the PTI game was made which brung light to the myth to a more modern era of the community.

At some point, the lighting for these games had been updated, likely due to a bug on ROBLOX's part, which removed the lighting alterations made to the games except for cneznoca's Place, leaving them clear as day. To this day, no activity has been seen from any of the accounts and the myth remains a not-so-obscure shadow of the past.

Appearance

Aconzenc’s only special characteristic is the blood splatter on their body. Otherwise, their entire body is colored a pale white with blue default clothing due to ROBLOX automatically updating their avatar from R6 to R15. In A3point14’s game, Aconzenc is depicted with a more deformed, malicious-looking version of the typical ROBLOX smile face.

Personality and Traits

There are no records of Aconzenc ever speaking to anybody or even joining a game; however, it can be assumed from A13point14’s game that they are very aggressive since they threaten to kill, torture, and enslave the player. Aconzenc likely acts on these threats judging by the blood splatter on their torso. It's evident that Aconzenc is also pretty powerful - that, or they exaggerate their strength in an attempt to come off as imposing and threatening, along with their repeated usage of the word "dark".

Games

Aconzenc’s Place

A green baseplate featuring a towering black statue and massive walls, prohibiting the player from exploring the rest of the map. In the past, thanks to the lighting, the entire game was pitch black and dark except for the Alein Red skybox. Recently, though, the lighting seems to have broken, allowing the player to see the game clearly. There is, presumably, nothing to do, but there is a way to get outside of the map through a gap in the top right corner of the walls, which are, in fact, in the shape of the number Pi. There’s also an invisible movable block nearby with another, far smaller brick within it, whose purpose is currently unknown.

Relationships

cneznoca

Both are connected due to how their accounts were created on the same date, two hours from each other, and how “cneznoca” is just “Aconzenc” spelled backward. Nothing but theorizing can be done on their exact relation, though, since the games don’t offer much vital and concrete information on the relationships between the characters.

A3point14

Both accounts were made on the same date, this time a single hour apart from each other. Aconzenc’s game certainly possesses Pi imagery within it, matching A3point14's appearance, so there was likely some form of connection between the two. Otherwise, we can only theorize about what their connection was meant to be.

Theories

  • Aconzenc killed cneznoca.
    • Aconzenc has a blood splatter t-shirt on their avatar, while cneznoca has a big bloody gash on their torso. Knowing that both are already connected in some way and taking into consideration Aconzenc’s hostile nature, it can hypothesized that Aconzenc attacked cneznoca somehow, leading to cneznoca’s death, judging by their faded and grayish color scheme.
      • Having made this connection, the theory can go deeper by assuming the reason for the murder was because cneznoca withheld secrets. Via Aconzenc’s dialogue in A3point14’s “...”: A dark secret had been kept from them by cneznoca and, thus, Acon killed them as revenge. This theory has its flaws, however, as seen below.
  • Pi and its divine significance.
    • It’s evident that the number Pi is in some way important to the myth as its imagery is shown repeatedly throughout it. Considering its grandiose stature in Aconzenc’s place, surrounding a tall, pitch-black statue, similar to a temple icon or a place of worship of sorts, it can be assumed that Pi holds some divine symbolism and that the figure depicted in Aconzenc’s Place is a deity of sorts or somebody of high honor and importance.
      • Judging by the statue's pitch-black color scheme and the link to the number Pi, it's likely the idol being worshipped is meant to be A3point14. From here, it is assumed that Aconzenc is a worshipper of some kind to this A3point14 entity since the statue is present in Aconzenc's Place and Aconzenc is also present in A3point14's game.
      • An alternative theory is that Aconzenc is the powerful deity being worshipped and that A3point14 is simply meant to be some form of representation of the religion or maybe even the darkness that is linked to Aconzenc.
  • Darkness and its ties to Aconzenc.
    • Purely judging from Aconzenc’s dialog in “...”, it seems that Aconzenc is capable of manipulating darkness in some capacity where he is capable of murdering and completely disintegrating somebody into a bloody mess with it; that, or he means he would kill the player the normal way and then toss their body into the abyss the temple resides in. Nevertheless, darkness does seem to hold some importance to Aconzenc’s character in some way - and maybe even A3point14 as it is in their game where this dialog takes place - literally or thematically.
  • What lies behind Aconzenc’s door?
    • Aconzenc, in their previously and repeatedly mentioned dialogue, stated that behind the door hunters were meant to discover lied “their mystery”. However, they also had mentioned prior that “a dark secret kept from them for so long” lay behind that very same door. If it were a secret kept from them, it wouldn’t make sense for it to be “their mystery”. The mystery may be what Aconzenc did after learning of this dark secret, but the wording implies that Aconzenc doesn't know what it is either. Aconzenc may have also enlisted the help of the hunters (in a rather aggressive manner) to figure out the mystery, hence calling it "their" mystery.
  • Scavenger Hunt Hypothesis.
    • It’s clear from what we can gather from Aconzenc’s dialog that the myth had a goal, that is uncovering and solving Ancozenc's mystery. It’s possible that there could have been a scavenger hunt of sorts, having the player go through multiple games, judging by how Aconzenc, in “...”, orders the player to find the “next step” to his mystery. Whether it has simply laid unsolved or if the creator never bothered finishing the myth - which is the more likely conclusion since cneznoca’s game is just a translucent baseplate - is yet to be officially confirmed.

Trivia

  • Each game was made in short amounts of time, ranging from 15 minutes to an hour.
  • It’s stated on an old forum post that both Aconzenc and cneznoca followed the same person. It may have been A3point14, but it cannot be said for certain.
    • It's also possible that somebody just exaggerated how they were following builderman.
  • A Trello on an investigation conducted on Aconzenc's myth exists, but it's currently private.
  • The face Aconzenc's NPC wears in "..." was unfortunately made by MisterObvious.
  • A small creepypasta had been made under the RT forum board a little over a month after the myth's creation featuring Aconzenc as the main antagonist - a stereotypical hacker that stalked and haunted the protagonist that was actually 1x1x1x1.
    • This creepypasta also mentions a sequence of games the protagonist was shown, ending in a hospital game, giving further viability to the Scavenger Hunt hypothesis. It's unknown if the user behind the creepypasta had anything to do with the myth's development, so it's not really a reliable source.
