beto beto— The Yokai Betobeto-sanBetobetosan is a small myth, most notable for being in the myth group Concinnity(). His game is known to contain extreme camera movement and a small, entirely red map.
Biography
As their name is a direct reference to the yokai Betobeto-San, it is likely that this is supposed to be the yokai. As the story of the yokai goes, "People who walk the streets alone at night sometimes encounter this harmless but nonetheless disturbing yokai. It synchronizes its pace with walkers and follows them as long as it can, getting closer and closer with each step. For the victims, this can be quite traumatic. The haunting sound of footsteps follows them wherever they go, but every time they turn around to see what is following them, they find nothing." This is likely how the tale of Betobetosan goes, strengthened by the medium-length pathway that players must walk over in the game.
