Happy New Year!— Lynthan
Lynthan is a myth that has been relatively unknown in the myth community. He had plans to release a five game series to which he as posted three so far.
Biography
Lynthan is an 9-year-old boy who is seemingly unaware of his situation and the events that occur in his story.
Lynthan and his mother are driving down a highway to Lynthan's father's house - Lynthan's parents are divorced and live an hour away from one another. During the drive, an apparition appears in front of the car which causes Lynthan's mother to swerve across two lanes, ultimately crashing the vehicle. Lynthan's mother dies on impact, though, Lynthan survives and flees into the nearby Futchmoore trail. He seemingly is followed by these shadowy apparitions that lead him to an old basement, and subsequently, a makeshift entry to a laboratory underneath Futchmoore Trail named 'ParaTech' (Most likely deriving from the world 'Parallel Technology').
This laboratory was studying Parallel Universes, found after applying energy to a crystal known as 'Soulzaphyllite' (creating a new energy type called Sudden Unparalleled Resistance or Sur) which had began forming sometime before Lynthan's story had began. The player finds the laboratory seemingly weeks after a catastrophic experiment involved with opening one of these portals - this is seen by the decomposed bodies littering the lab and its overall damaged state. Piecing together various documents around the facility, it is believed that a research team went into the portal and went silent. Afterwards, another being made a transmission back to the scientists naming themselves 'Orrasis', and the universe beyond the portal 'Zen'. They asked for the portal to be shut off yet the amount of 'Sur' energy was too powerful to overcome, so it was not turned off in time. Orrasis seemingly came through the portal and slaughtered all the scientists in the facility as a consequence of this.
Going through the portal, you can access 'Zen' which resembles various corridors of Greek-looking architecture. Both Orrasis and Lynthan can be seen writing on the walls - it is assumed Orrasis takes a shepherd-like role over Lynthan, attempting to 'make him feel no suffering'. It is believed he orchestrated the car accident and Lynthan arriving in Zen as to have control over him, though Lynthan has previously stated that he can sometimes find weak points in Zen to phase back through to Earth. A cell-like room within Zen indicates Lynthan was imprisoned against his will and, telling from the writings on the wall within the cell, has began second-guessing 'Mr Orrasis' and his wants to change Lynthan into the perfect human. It is theorised that Orrasis wishes to turn Lynthan into an silent, wandering being incapable of feeling any sort of emotion that may cause suffering, most likely what the husks are which can be found around Zen.
Toward the end of the game, it is revealed Lynthan has decided to escape Zen once and for all. It is believed the 4th game of the 5-part instalments will be Lynthan's escape from Zen and from Orrasis.
History
Lynthan's account was created mid-way through 2018 yet seemingly wasn't active as a myth until late 2019. During which time, it is believed he had a different canon and story, though it was changed and the games correlating to this old backstory were privated.
Lynthan hasn't faced any real traction over his (nearly) two years as an active myth in the community, with all of his games only garnering 590 plays between them. This may be chalked up to his yet completed story, with only three of five games publicised. As such, he is still incomplete. Fortunately, an interrogation of Lythan exists which records much of his behavior and details about his background. This interrogation was held by Unusuall_y, an at the time Roblox's Myths Intelligence Agency member, on April 4th, 2021. Additionally, they also recorded an interrogation with Orrasis, the enemy of Lynthan, which is especially critical to the knowledge of the myth.
Appearance
Lynthan wears a red shirt and light green pants. The only accessory he wears is a beanie and he uses the 'Lazy Eye' face.
Personality and traits
When interacted with, Lynthan shows a child-like demeanour. He is very innocent and speaks very optimistically despite the certain situations he finds himself in. This being said, he may also have a much darker, more negative side as he becomes more lucid to what is transpiring on around him. When confronted with situations involving the death of the ParaTech scientists, his mother and other negative things, he seemingly blocks you out and changes topic very quickly.
