Games

Your Office

"Your Office" starts off in Isaac Norman's cubicle, where the player is tasked with completing simple jobs to progress. Once they have finished these tasks, the player can explore the rest of the building. There are interactable objects that will lead the player to side games, which will fill them in on more lore.

Before entering the game, the player is greeted with a title screen featuring two options. One is the "Begin" button, which will lead the player to the game. The second button is labeled "Who am I?". This button provides the player with basic information about who they are and why they are in the office. After reading the information, they can return to the title screen and press "Begin". Three objectives are given to the player. The first objective requires the player to print 7 papers at a printer located right outside their workspace. After accomplishing this, press the red button on their desk. The second objective involves making 5 phone calls using a telephone also located right outside their workspace. Once the player has completed the second objective, the third and final objective is to reboot their computer. The player can now explore the rest of the office building and speak to fellow employees. Going down the elevator will take the player to two floors: the filing room and the main offices. Multiple posters lining the walls feature other myths, such as Modizzhend.

The player start at the main offices since there isn't anything to do in the filing room yet. The player find the main offices where all of their employees look the exact same; the player can interact with some of them. The employees who can talk to include the following: Gort, Marph, Thorp, Philip, and Paul. When the player talks to Philip he will ask them if they can go grab his papers for him in the filing room. If the player does what he says he will leave their keys back in the filing room so the player can go get them. The player are then meant to print one last paper before heading off for the day, once doing this the player will be met with a black screen. This screen fades into a mutilated face of someone Isaac knew. The player will be presented with dialogue then sent to a game called Outside; this game is set in a PS1-styled forest with a truck. A prompt is given to the player to start the car but they aren't successful. There is an oil can that the player left in the forest so they go look for it. Their truck is now functioning correctly and the player can start it, the player is then teleported to a game called Drive. This game shows that the player, playing as Riamiln, ran into a child while on the way home. After some dialogue, the player receive the First Ending! badge.

Head back to the game and talk to Paul this time. Paul offers the player a free pass home since he owes the player for a casserole they gave him. If the player declines his offer nothing happens, but if the player accepts it they are teleported to a side game called Complex. There are many houses lined up, this is where Riamiln lives. Around this street, they can find a colored shape assigned to a number (Colored Shape = ##). There are 3 of these including: Yellow Square = 9, Red Triangle = 2, and Green Circle = 5. Walk all the way down the street and enter the house on the right. The player is met with a code which ties into the shapes and numbers, the code to open the door is 59552529992. YThe plryer is met with dialogue again which will lead to an error message and the second badge, Ending 2.

Theories

  • The loop that Riamiln is living in could be caused by the guilt he has for running into that kid.
    • This might have triggered a psychological effect which causes him to think he's stuck in a loop.
  • The man who was turned ugly could be someone that Riamiln betrayed before he was stuck in the loop.
    • This is probably caused by the same psychological effects.

Trivia

  • Riamiln changes his avatars frequently.
