B8az (pronounced Bait-As) is a retired myth that was previously investigated by multiple myth hunting groups. B8az is a man that lives in a maze by himself. He used to live there with his wife before she passed away. He then attempted to do rituals to bring his wife back.
Biography
B8az lives in a maze with his pet “Dark." Him and his dearly departed stayed at the home together. When his wife had passed, the thought of being with her had monopolized his thoughts. B8az seems to believe that a place called ‘The Void’, is where one goes when they pass on. He has been trying to get there ever since Marisa, his dear wife, departed.
B8az has been continuously working on a ritual of some sort, focusing on bringing his presence to the void. He travelled to places, some of which are his games, to get the ingredients for the ritual. While executing this ritual, corruption had started to take over half of his face. Due to this occurrence, B8az now wears a rebreather to keep the corruption at bay. On 6/14/2021, the ritual was completed and The Master has been brought into the world using b8az as a host. He was tricked by The Master and b8az's wife did not return.
History
B8az created his account on 6/7/2018, and made a total of nine games. After some inactivity after most of the game creations, he began updating some of them in December 2020, and January 2021. Soon after this, The Summit was put onto his profile on 12/27/2020, after he said he was taking a trip there. On December 27th, 2020, b8az changed his profile biography to, "tuesday,29,6pm est". This was referring to an event that took place at The Summit, where it then became public.
On 6/10/2021, b8az had set his group shout to "The time comes, you know where to go ... 6/13 1:00 pm est" referring to an event at The Master's Breach (a game only accessible through the maze), in which his ritual took place. After this event, his avatar changed containing purple and black clothing instead of his regular beanie. However, during the ritual on 6/13/2021, the corruption seemed to take over his entire face when The Master entered his body, causing him to have a slightly altered avatar.
On 6/26/2021, The Maze was deleted and became private, causing him to retire four days later. He allowed anyone to ask him questions about himself, giving out lots of helpful information.
Appearance
B8az has a light grey skin tone for his arms and head, a red skin tone for his torso, and a dark grey skin tone for his legs. The clothing and accessories consist of the Starbling Beanie, Left Pauldron Of The Void, Corrupt Demon Greatsword, Void Head, Deep Space Half Gas Mask, Santa's Belt, Wasteland Strider Bandolier, and this Black Waist Spellbook.
However, while being possessed by The Master during a ritual, his avatar was slightly changed to have the Arcane Hood Of The Night Archmage, Inverted Corrupt Fire, Left Pauldron Of The Void, Corrupt Demon Greatsword, Void Head, Deep Space Half Gas Mask, Santa's Belt, and the Wasteland Strider Bandolier.
Personality and Traits
B8az is a fairly cheerful individual, and will likely not speak to you unless incited. He is vague when he speaks and will often forgo details unless prompted.
Games
The Maze
Main article: The Maze
The Maze is b8az’s most popular game at the moment with 2.5k+ visits. The Maze takes place in a maze with many fake walls, dead bodies, and morse code is often used. B8az lives alone in a house that is inside the maze, since his wife passed away. B8az is attempting to do a “Void ritual” so he can be with his wife again.
The Valley
The Valley is an open game surrounded by mountains There are notes made by a friend of b8az’s named, Panda, from before he took his own life, along with another person because of "whispers" driving them into insanity.
The Dunes
The Dunes takes place in a desert with ruins scattered across the area. These ruins hold an important ingredient for the ritual. The ingredient is a flower and when touched, will kill the player. There are also some things such as a journal left from b8az.
The Breach
The Breach takes place in some sort of dimension where The Master resides. There are a few pieces of writing in Latin and morse code that can be translated. These writings speak about z3f and “Master”. B8az is thought to visit here often for whatever rituals he does for the one he worships.
The Divide
The Divide is seemingly the start of b8az's journey to find the last ingredient needed for the ritual. There is some more morse code to be translated and there is a teleport to The Gate, as a continuation of the journey.
The Gate
The Gate is another short game that continues b8az's journey, but there is not much of a reason to this game. Once the player gets past the gate, they will be closer to The Summit but teleported to The Grove.
The Grove
The Grove is a game that comes after The Gate. The Grove is a small area taken up by trees with a riddle hidden among them. The player can be teleported to The Edge through here.
The Edge
The Edge is the game that comes after The Grove. It takes place on the side of a mountain where b8az collects holy water, and is used for the ritual. There is not much else The Edge other than some writing and a path to a teleport for The Summit.
The Summit
The Summit is the final game of b8az's journey for the last ingredient for the ritual, as well as it being the last game he created. Up the path are holy flowers inside the ruins and other writing pertaining to the ritual, such as revealing Dark was a result of it.
Group
The Void Church
The Void Church is a group b8az had made but was never really used or gained much members. It is a group dedicated to serving the Void or The Master.
Relationships
Marisa
Bait's Wife, died shortly before the maze was finished. She frequently gave b8az gifts, most notably his beanie. B8az is now attempting to do a ritual to be with her again.
z3f_6
z3f_6 was somehow connected to b8az around late 2019 and early 2020 but was removed from his friends list towards the end of 2020. z3f_6 was seen talking to b8az in his game, The Breach, in multiple videos. He apparently killed himself in The Valley.
PandaMan3509
PandaMan3509, also known as Panda, was Bait's old partner. He apparently killed himself in The Valley after going insane to void whispers. He disappeared for a long time during 2019, being brought back in 2021.
The Master
The Master is an unknown person that is mentioned a lot throughout b8az's games. He seems to be b8az's master, and it seems like he is related to the rituals that b8az is doing. The Master whispers to b8az, along with z3f and Panda, but the whispers made both of them kill themselves. After b8az performed the ritual, the Master is currently possessing his body and searching for a new vessel. B8az brought him back so The Master could bring his wife, Marisa, back. This did not happen once the ritual was completed.
Theories
- The corpses that inhabit the maze might be failed “experiments”, from b8az trying the ritual on them.
- This was proven to be true by B8az himself.
- The shovel behind the closet was probably used by b8az to dig Marisa’s grave. Possibly, if a way to open the closet is found, it is used to dig up the grave again and find something beneath.
- The small person figure could be a talisman or a guardian. A small figure of “The Great Void”, seems most likely.
- Shadow Crystals are dark purple crystals used to open the door to b8az’s room. Perhaps Dark creates these crystals, or maybe they’re the key to keeping it in check and inside the cage.
- Two can be found around a large statue in the Maze, labeled “The Great Void".

- B8az has slowly updated his avatar to match the direction of the story.
- There was an account named, TheVoid_CallsForYou, that was a part of b8az's group but nothing seemed to have been done with it.
