I'm a queen bee! The oldest one of the three. My kingdom is my life! ''But my kingdom is falling.— Beettsy
Beettsy is a popular myth, who is well known for their games and overall story, as well as their affiliation with the Nightfall Time group myth.

Biography

Beettsy is the oldest of 3 queen bees in the Nightfall Time myth, each queen ruling over their own hive. Her hive is the yellow court, a court which she inherited from the previous queen, who created it. Though a competent leader, an increase in the use of pesticides and an infestation of enemies such as spiders became the catalyst of Beettsy’s downfall.

She was able to take her kingdom back, but soon after a war broke out in which neither the bees nor their enemies won, resulting in a bloody carnage and the fall of several hives, including the hive of Beettsy’s sister, Beetrenice. Wooden Spider was born out of the aftermath of said war, the garden and house now in ruins and taken over by insects and spiders. Beettsy currently rules over this kingdom despite the conditions, using pesticide-possessed beings from other realms to expand the kingdom and using a black substance that comes from them as honey.

History

Beettsy created her account on the 25th of September, 2018. Strangely, Beettsy made her first and most popular game, Beettsy’s Place, on September 21st, 2018, fourth days before it is listed that her account was created. A video made by Stalzie in September 2019 on Beettsy’s affiliate, Morpherius, helped the group myth become a little more well-known among myth hunters. On December 12th, 2019, Beettsy created Wooden Spider. Finally, the myth released Ruins on March 21st, 2020.

She also has a fourth game titled "Silent Night", which is only open to the public during the Christmas season and a fifth game in development titled "new eden", which is not yet public but has been opened occasionally to allow hunters to play the game. The most recent development in the history of Beettsy was on March 26th, when she released a remake of her game 3rd memory, which is apart of a series of four games, each called "memory" with a number preceding it.

Then, a handful of hunters from the Roblox's Myths Intelligence Agency put together a report containing their findings while investigating Beettsy on February 3rd, 2021.

Appearance

Beettsy's current appearance consists of a black head and right arm and a yellow left arm and torso. The color of her legs are unknown. She wears the "Paper Crown" hat, the "Pink Flower Crown" hat, and the "Lowell Collection - Fourrure de la Nuit" pants.

Personality and Traits

Considering Beettsy’s status as the eldest queen bee as well as the status of their kingdom, it can be inferred that they held some degree of leadership and have an assertive aspect of their character. However, their sister, Beetrenice, hints that this is a facade hiding a more hostile, vindictive personality and even a power-hungry nature.

Beettsy's Place

Beettsy’s Place is a game created on September 21st, 2018. The progression included in Beettsy’s Place mainly consists of teleporters found around the map, many of them come in the form of a small, yellow flower, or a “memory”. The memories take place in the past and future depending on whether or not the water is flowing in the game. Each memory is different and unique however they all help give the player a much better understanding of Beettsy and the other bees’ stories. Walkthrough warning, please attempt to hunt before viewing, click "Show More" to view.

The player spawns on a flower, spawning as the size of a bee. Directly in front of the player they will find a small sign reading “The grass has pesticide!”, touching the grass will kill the player. Upon spawning a song will play, Bumblebees are Out by Jack Stauber. The player can jump from flower to flower, approaching the orange object near the left side of the spawn. Continuing in this direction they will find a small hole behind the tree bearing a beehive, inside there are dying bees trapped in some black liquid. Jumping inside this hole the player will be teleported to “Hallucination”.[1]

Here they can click on a large dark figure with glowing, white eyes. They will say “There is a piece of me in everybody.” Turning around the player will see Mopherius, Allaras, and some bees. Each figure has one thing in common, they have a black-colored body part.

Back at Beeettsy’s Place, the player will find a young girl, Allaras, playing with a flower and bee on the left side of the map. Continuing on from flower to flower the player will find a small hat, owned by Beetreenice, jumping on this hat will teleport the player to “Mah Crib”.

At Beettsy’s Place, the player can find a putrid flower at the back of the home. Jumping further, the player can find an energy generator that they could climb to enter the house. Inside the home, the player will find a man staring out the window, Mopherius. Clicking on the man a message will appear on the player’s screen, “It’s a man.”  A large, dark figure with glowing, white eyes stands inside the house watching Mopherius.  Upon entering the home a bee will be chasing and killing the player. The player should climb the bed and hop onto the dresser. Entering the first drawer on the dresser the player will fight a glowing, yellow flower or a memory. If the player touches the flower they will be teleported to “Beettsy’s Place 2”.

The player spawns in a small area, lit by fireflies. They will find a bunny with black eyes watching the player, behind the bunny there is a dog in the distance. Behind the tree near spawn the player will find a missing poster with a man looking like Mopherius. The player should cross the lake by jumping on the rocks, a headband floats in the water, most likely belonging to Nozterek, Moperius’s guard. The player will see an angry man watching the bees behind the waterfall, this man may be Mopherius. Behind a fall, maggot-infested tree the player will see the dark figure with white, glowing eyes once more. The player is able to move a rock to jump on allowing them to reach another memory. This memory flower is surrounded by bees who seem to be either gaining or transferring energy to/from the memory. Touching this memory will teleport the player to “Beettsy’s Place 3”.

At the back of the map, the player will find a dead soldier whose skull was broken, blood splattered on the wall next to them. In the water there was a figure with a staff looking at the fallen player. Near spawn the player can climb up the hill and make their way up to the top. The player will reach a fork if they take the left path they will reach “Story Time”. The player can also head right. The player will find a man near the ledge of the hill, blood dripping down his face.  The player can find their leg also ripped off once they reach the top. The player will find a bloody battlefield full of wounded people from possibly Nozterek’s tribe. A dark figure with white, glowing eyes is found, full of spears but unharmed, he reaches for a bee hive. The player can click on the bee, “It’s a bee...” It seems the warriors were trying to prevent the figure from reaching the beehive or they may’ve been protecting their land from an unknown threat. Nozterek’s headband is found in a pool of blood. There will be a large door in the middle of the top of the hill. A grasshopper leg will be trapped in the middle of the door, underneath the door there will be a memory. Touching the memory will teleport the player to “Beettsy’s Place 4”.

The player is now inside a home. If they look outside, they will find people and bees running in terror from a shadowy figure. If the player clicks on the figure it will say “But what is that?” A pile of books sits on the desk, the book on top is labeled “Dracula”.  There are several drawings of Allaras’ alone in a field of flowers next to the books as well as some drawings of a bee and flowers. A note on the desk reads “Mom, I won't be at home for this week to gather some flowers at my cousin's house since it is blooming season. See you later!” A boy or doll lays down on the room’s floor. The player should climb the large cabinet, climb onto the painting, and onto the shelf nearby. From there the player should jump on top of the window and can walk the rope onto the other shelf. In this shelf, there is an image of a sad boy in a blue shirt, it was taken on 14/6/15. There are books about Biology as well as the creation of paper flowers. There is also a memory found on top of one of the books. It will say “It appears it has not fully bloomed” if the player clicks on the flower. This must mean that the next game is a WIP or it takes place in the future and is still being created. The player could jump onto the coat rack with the flower crown. They will be teleported to “Chain of Illusions”.[2] They will find Mopherius sitting at Allaras’ grave when Allaras suddenly rises and chases the player. The player can view many different scenes. A rabbit was taken by the darkness behind the door in “Beettsy’s Place 3”. Later it is found that the rabbit has mutated and is now a nightmare-ish rabbit. The player will see many shadowy people and bees as well. At the end of the showcase, they will reach another memory. The player is finally teleported back to “Beettsy’s Place 4”.

Wooden Spider

Wooden Spider is a game created on December 12th, 2019. It consists of a journey on a familiar island, leading up to a home that is in shambles. Insects and creatures are caged and hiding in fear all over the area because of the court. Using small lamps, players are able to view paintings unlocking bits of the story inside the house, causing them to learn more of the background regarding the Wooden Spider and the Court. They’re able to click on creatures around the map, learning about each of their almost similar stories. There are also some other insects around the map that attempt to attack the player, along with there being areas with pesticide that can kill the player. Walkthrough warning, please attempt to hunt before viewing, click "Show More" to view.

The player spawns concealed in a small gift box. Jumping out, they will find a small candle, the player should head in the direction of this candle through a small tunnel. At the end of the tunnel they will find a small sign reading “Slugs ahead!” Continuing in the same direction, the player will walk by some mushrooms and onto a wooden plank. They will see a bottle with a skull on it, indicating it is poison. The player should jump up onto the bottle and onto the new ground, continuing forward. The player should find a small lamp shop. Inside the shop there is an ant, if the player clicks on them, they will say “Ya should carry some, just get on them and roll.” Heading away from the shop in the same direction, the player will find another wooden plank they could climb on. Walking past another poison bottle, candle, and piece of metal they should turn the corner and find another candle. In front of the candle is a ladder the player can climb.

The player will find a note on a clipboard, it reads:

“-Look inside the house for anything interesting. I missed something important in there, I shouldn't mess this up again.

-Collect biodiversity samples. The island has many things I have never seen before, some things have different properties though and could even harm me, so I should be careful.

-Observe the biodiversity. Looking at the flowers will help me know if they are deadly or safe to touch. The bugs and insects on this island have strange behaviors, it might help to see why they are acting like this.”

The player should head forward on the stepping stones. They should make a right at the end of the path and climb a ladder-like structure. The player will find a large structure full of items that they cannot climb over. The player should head to the back of the area, avoiding the poison, and push the teacup over to the pile of items. The player should jump onto the teacup and onto a yellow bottle sticking out from the structure, making their way on top of everything.

Into the next area, the player will find caged creatures. In the closest cage on the right side of the area the player will find a small slug-like creature shooting something that damages the player. Across from it are some dummies, each one made to look like one of the three queens. Climbing on top of some logs on the right side, the player will find a caged creature, upon clicking them they will say “This place was never the same since the Wooden Spider walked by.”  At the bottom of the logs the player will find a green creature, they will say “My eyes are cameras, their eyes are cameras.” On their right are two empty cages. On the opposite side there is a small creature, trapped in a bottle and being drowned in some sort of wax. They will say “I was sculpting as always, then all of a sudden the water turned dark. I saw it coming in the horizon.” They were most likely directing to a dark figure with glowing, white eyes found in the water surrounding the island. To their left is another small creature, they say “I lost one of my most precious sculptures inside the house, please find it before the court does!” Heading forward, the player will find an electricity generator. A small creature hiding with their eggs is found in the generator, they say “The artisans are now hidden inside the house, most were caged, they're scared from the court…” Climbing on top of the generator using a ladder on the right side, the player will find an entrance to a house. A small sign with a lantern is there, indicating the player needs lanterns to reveal many of the secrets within the house.

Inside the house, the player could jump down and find a small insect on the left side of the map. After clicking them, they say “It’s roots were growing from the beginning.” Climbing on top of the structure found by the insect, the player could walk forward and find something like a cabinet. Inside there is a map along with a painting. The painting shows a brown-ish insect, behind it there is a shadowy figure with white eyes. Heading forward the player will find a painting showing a boat being followed by dark figures with white, glowing eyes. Making a right and jumping onto another cabinet, the player will find a painting of a sunflower with yellow, glowing eyes surrounded by figures who blend into the darkness, only their white eyes are visible. Near the front of the house the player will find a painting of a small, purple flower. Next to the painting are some wooden toys that could be knocked over. They include a man, a bird, a horse, and a butterfly. Heading in the direction opposite of the flower painting the player will find a painting of a phonograph, an old music player. The player must be careful heading forward as they may get trapped in webs and killed by spiders. The player will soon find a painting of a tree-like structure. Under the table they will find a small structure showing a figure being controlled like a puppet by a darker figure and another figure being controlled on the left. The player can also see trapped figures in bottles throughout the home. At the top right corner of the house the player will find a spider they could click, the spider will say “The best way to tell a story is by using art.” To the left of the spider the player will see a painting of a crow holding a letter. At the end of the home, the player will see a painting of a spider along with the dead body of an insect.

Outside, the player should take a right from the home’s entrance and head to a puddle of poison. The player could roll on a bottle to reach across. There should be a small ant sitting on a bush in the poison puddle, they will say “Once I thought the pesticide was killing us.” The player could also jump onto a small sign indicating the puddle is poisonous, jump onto a slanted pillar, onto a small candle, and on a candle to reach the other side. At the end, the player could climb a ladder and find a new area. Here the player could see a radio, a small seesaw, and a lot of books. The player can also find a small area made specially for the queen, it’s a room-like structure created by a gift box. Heading forward, the player will see a fallen tree with a beehive and a telescope laid on it that the player could click, showing them the skyline of a city. The player will also find a wanted poster for a wasp-like creature in the hollowed-out tree trunk.

Theories

  • Mopherius could be the man responsible for the pesticides, and consequently, the war that caused Beettsy’s kingdom to fall.
    • A man resembling Mopherius can be found inside the house in Beettsy’s Place as well as the garden after the bees have escaped.
    • Outside of said house sits a tube of pesticide and the lawn kills the player upon interaction due to this.
      • This has been stated to be for gameplay reasons, and not to be related to the lore of the myth.
  • Beettsy’s position as a kind and respected leader is a façade hiding more malicious intentions.
    • According to Beetrenice in a recorded interview, Beettsy is a lot more controlling than they let on and has a very complex personality- of course, this itself could be a lie considering Beetrenice’s now tarnished status.

Trivia

  • The song used in Beettsy’s Place is “Bumblebees are Out” by Jack Stauber.
    • One of the most popular theories about the song’s meaning is domestic abuse, holding some resemblance to the storyline of the group myth.
