It is unknown how known Comacide was during this time, as there is little to no documentation of Comacide prior to 2021, when Comacide was first mentioned in the Robloxian Myth Hunters Discord server.
It seems that Comacide would grow in popularity in 2021, as Comacide attained the "Smaller Myth" rank in the group "Mythsman: Myth Investigation Service", prior to the group's shutdown in August 2021. It is also known that Comacide attained the "Notable Myth" rank in the Roblox's Myths group, although this was eventually removed when the Roblox's Myths group would shutdown in 2023.
