Imminent.— Description of Test
Oelar is an inactive Roblox myth who is known for their simple game and affiliation with valmerin. He appears to be a scientist who works alongside valmerin in creating creatures to rule under them. There is not much content to him but he has been occasionally being investigated for a prolonged time.
Biography
Oelar is a scientist who takes interest in experimenting with creatures and other irregular parts of nature. He is some sort of person or creature that may be from another world, along with valmerin. The both of them seemingly agreed to work together on conquering a world, with oelar's part being to create dangerous monsters. He was eventually successful at this and was able to control them to attack alongside valmerin.
History
Oelar created their account on 3/12/2014, but probably wasn’t active as a myth until late-2018 like valmerin. It is also unknown what his account was like before this time. He most likely began gaining popularity along with valmerin due to their association. After oelar’s game creation, they pretty much went completely inactive. He does not seem to have had interactions or much at all involving him. After some attempts at revival by valmerin, it was concluded that oelar’s account had been breached, bringing an end to the myth for good.
Appearance
Oelar wears the “Knight of the Blood Moon” hat and is sort of the main symbol that represents him. He also wears the “Horned Menace” shirt and pants. He also appears in games as a statue with the same outfit, though the statue is usually shaded green. Oelar looks similar to some sort of golem.
Personality and Traits
Oelar’s personality is largely unknown, as there are no recorded interactions with him in-game, nor has he been active on Discord. He most likely has some other worldly-intelligence as he created the monster that invaded the planet. Seeing the capabilities of these monsters, he probably had some degree of evil within him.
Game
Test
Test is a pretty simple game with small exploration but a few hidden things to find throughout it. There is no straight storytelling in the game, leaving player’s to theorize about the details in the game to make some sort of conclusions about oelar.
Once the player spawns, they will find themselves in a small laboratory with some test tubes around them. At the end of this line is a “Lumos” on a desk emitting bright light. A door is on the right of the desk and it is unknown how to open it. However, there is a strange gap above it on the ceiling. On the Lumos are two sort of pipes, with the left one seemingly being broken. The player can walk up an invisible piece where it should be, to enter a room within the ceiling. Here, valmerin can be seen holding a ‘’Lumos’’ but its meaning is uncertain. Next, they can go to the back-right corner of the room and walk through the wall where they should find, “It’s over.”
Returning to the spawn area, the player can find a few numbers on the back of some of the test tubes. Another number must be found, and is located behind the Lumos. The code: “2124” can be used on the door nearby. Inside is a strange black substance that will kill the player when touched. At the end of the hall are statues of valmerin and oelar, and a container for some blue substance. In the back-left of the room the player can find a whole in the ground where they can fall. Written in this vent is “7415”, which will be used soon. The player should land in a room with another door and “Failed experiments” written above it. The code is used to open it, and inside are two very weird creatures that are obviously failed experiments. This seems to be the end of Test.
Relationships
Valmerin
Valmerin seems to be in a partnership with oelar. He wears similar clothing and has a similar look to oelar, and he seems to help oelar with finding the Lumios'. Oelar’s research, being the experiments/creatures found in both their games; is used by Valmerin to conquer a world they've found. Valmerin seems to be the warhead of their mission to take over the world they are occupying.
Theories
- Oelar was going to be betrayed by valmerin
- There was writing on the back of valmerin’s statue assumingly from him, which seemed to have hinted at valmerin wanting all the power for himself.
- Valmerin is most likely quite greedy if he tries to conquer a world by letting horrid creatures take it over, so it isn’t unreasonable to think this.
- The “Lumos” produces some sort of blue substance that is used in creating the creatures.
- In Test, the “Lumos” emits a bright blue color when the player gets close.
- There is a pipe attached to the “Lumos” which then leads into a room with a large container of blue liquid.
- There are also multiple other pipes attached to this pipe that go towards the test tubes with figures inside of them.
Trivia
- Valmerin wears the same “Horned Menace” clothing as oelar.
- Oelar may have had his own Discord account, but it is unknown as the account in question has been deleted.
- The person had the ability to talk in the announcements channel, with valmerin being the only other person who could. However, this was when the server was first created so permissions may have been different, and they could have been a moderator instead.
- Oelar has a statue within Comacide’s game, Life. However, the myths aren’t actually connected; it just goes along with Comacide’s story.
- He has the “Gold Crown of O’s” hat that many other myths have obtained.
