He is the oldest Survivalist and was the original leader of the Refuge. Their account was created in 2019, a few days before the creation of the Oasis Refuge. They remained active on Roblox until 2020, when the Oasis Refuge myth was retired.
Biography
SBoater comes from German Origin. He worked with the Germans during World War One, as well as World War 2. During WW2 he was apart of the Nazi Navy, Kriegsmarine. The navy ship he was on was attacked by strange creatures and sank near the coast of Denmark. SBoater was able to survive and fled to Libya which was controlled by Axis Italy. Here he would create a camp for himself and other refugees from the war. Nazis specifically came to the refuge to hide since Nazi Germany was losing the war. This area would soon develop into what is now known as the “Oasis Refuge” though it was small compared to what it would become.
Once the apocalypse began, SBoater was able to get SMortician to the refuge and appoint her as the new leader. He was getting much older when the apocalypse began so he couldn’t run the refuge anymore.

Appearance
SBoater currently wears the "Druid Hood" hat, the "Skeletal Disguise" accessory, and the "Torn Suit" shirt and pants. SBoater's avatar is also colored entirely "Really black", which could imply the character could have afflictions which cause blackened skin.
Personality and Traits
SBoater appears to be senile and rarely speaks to anyone due to his old age. He may still have hard prejudices against a few groups of people due to the fact he was in the German Army, but that hasn’t been brought up in his character.

Trivia
- SBoater is the oldest of all Survivalists in the Oasis Refuge and is also the founder of the Oasis Refuge.
- He is purely fluent in German and speaks little to no English. Attempts to communicate with him often lose structure and end quickly.
- He is reported as being "cranky and forgetful" by many of the other Survivalists.
- SBoater has never been properly interviewed as a result of him not speaking fluent English.
