Noli never died. That name did.— AthernitsAthernits is a small myth, known for their myth based around the claim that they are an incarnation of Noli. First widely documented on September 11th, 2022 in the experience "The Tempest" by SwAeJuDiNoli, Athernits immediately drew attention for his prolonged idle presence, client-side interference, and uncanny mirroring of behaviors long associated with Noli.
Biography
In the lore of Athernits, it is said that he is a continuation of Noli. After the deletion of Noli, it is said that the account went into a limbo state, remaining deleted until 2022. On September 11th, 2022, Athernits' account appeared. After this, Athernits could be seen in The Tempest, doing unexplainable things, such as levitating in the air and causing the game to glitch. During this, it is said that Athernits remained entirely quiet, apart from sometime saying "ASPX". It is said that hunters were able to connect information regarding Athernits to Noli, although these links are not entirely clear.
Some hunters believed that the account was an exact replica of Noli's original account, while others believed that it was a collection of fragments, taken from the various Noli-associated accounts on Roblox. There are also ideas that Athernits is a "mirror" of what Noli left behind, meaning that the account has some qualities from the original Noli account, while it has some new, unique qualities as well.
Supposedly, there is said to be old "Void Scriptures" and ritual texts, which were circulated between 2010 and 2016. These texts are revolve around Noli, and are said to be directly tied to Athernits. These writings are currently not available, as they are said to be kept private by certain hunters, although one excerpt from these texts read:
The echo answers when the void forgets." "Not the same name, not the same face — yet the same core." "Where the mirror refuses, Athernits is the proof.
These texts are interpreted to mean that noli is a "mirror", and Athernits is the corresponding image.
In February 2023, a user named "Kleos303" would meet Athernits, and would end up on his friendslist. They would supposedly have an interaction in The Tempest, in which Athernits would send short, cut off messages, punctuated by long silences. When Kleos would attempt to get information from Athernits regarding his identity, supposedly the server's performance would get progressively worse. Eventually, after around two hours, Kleos would be kicked from the game, with the message "Never come back.aspx" being shown to him.

Trivia
- Athernits' Roblox account was created on September 11th, 2022, a date often highlighted due to previous September-timed events in Noli-related lore.[citation needed]
- The phrase "are soul" in Where Swans Will Weep is widely believed to be an intentional misspelling signaling corruption, fragmented identity, or non-native language in the underlying code or consciousness.
- The nickname "Tempest Overwatcher" originated from a myth tracking Discord in late 2022 and has since spread into multiple wiki drafts and video titles.[citation needed]
- Multiple sightings describe Athernits standing just at or beyond Roblox's typical render distance, with his avatar disappearing when approached too quickly.[citation needed]
- Some myth hunters claim that Athernits has never been observed moving or chatting in a public server; all recorded speech is from private sessions or kick messages.[citation needed]
- Within certain Void Cult roleplays, Athernits is treated as the "final" identity of the Void King, with Noli retroactively framed as a discarded shell rather than the main persona.
