Sentimental.— Lummony
Lummony is a story about a confused, lost grieving man from another time.

Biography

Lummony's story begins with the birth of his daughter Jennifer in the year 1978. He refuses to further elaborate on her or her significance.

This isn’t (supposedly) his reality. It is unclear where his story takes place.

History

Lummony created his account on the 24th of November, 2018. What he did between his account creation and game creation does not seem to be documented anywhere, there was likely another version of the myth with a different story during these times. Interestingly enough, his YouTube channel, where he uploads ARG-like videos was created on the 19th of April, 2020, predating his main game, "Eyes Of Chaos", which was created on June 20, 2020, by two months. His group, "Relict." would be created 9 days later, on the 29th. He'd also create a Discord server for this group.

Throughout 2020, to 2021, there would be four side accounts created for Lummony's myth, in order of creation: Sumorizon, GASOLlNE2, Annarimon, as well as Chaliout. These accounts no longer in use and are not present in Lummony's current lore, with the exception of Joseph (GASOLlNE2), whose place is referenced in the beginning of Lummony's game, as well as in his video, titled "anniversary".

Lummony's growth would be relatively fast, getting ranked "Established Myth" in Robloxian Myth Hunters sometime in August, 2020. He'd continue his activity, reaching the "Acclaimed Myth" rank in November that year. Lummony would have a rather large amount of games on his profile, that were not sub-places, resulting in him having an inflated visit count. This was somewhat controversial at the time.

An investigation document was put together by two agents in Roblox's Myths Intelligence Agency on February 21st, 2021. The agents, Dhallwial123alt and Connor12233super, presented simple observations on the myth and game which can now be used as evidence for the myth's history. Another document was then created by Roaring_Red on November 7th, 2020.

In around January, 2023, Lummony would release a rework of his game, establishing the rather abstract direction we see in his games today, with the game mostly being staircases, with seemingly random objects and structures being scattered around, as well as some minor puzzles. The second game of the remake, "Molten Soul" would be created on March 29th, 2023.

On November 8th, 2023, he would go on to release "Molten Soul". The game was slowly expanded over time. On April 16th, 2024, another overhaul of "Eyes of Chaos" would be released, the version that is known of today. On May 24th, 2024 Lummony would release a video on his channel titled, "sunrise at sunset" showing a reimagined version of Joseph's place. Eventually, this place would be integrated into the main game, serving as an introduction for it.

Flamingo would play his game rather early on, as he would obtain the badge for joining in September of 2020, although he would only end up making a video on the myth five years later, on the 2nd of February, 2025. This video would be the largest video on the myth, garnering over a million views. This video resulted in the growth of Lummony's myth skyrocketing.

In March of 2025, he would publish a remake of Molten Soul's second half, as well as the game after it. This would also bring the addition of the "Lummony" badge.

Appearance

Lummony resembles a simple individual you would typically see at a ballroom. They have a light gray skin tone, wears an Hibiscus Porkpie which is a red hat with blue details and an eyepatch to cover one eye. And as for Lummony’s outfit, they wear a red tuxedo with a pink polo and black slacks to cover their body.

Personality and Traits

Lummony interacts very well with other people, they are a kind but also a fascinating myth and person in general. They tend to stay calm whenever they talk to others. They also do not really move as much whenever they are in-game. Whenever it is necessary, they usually interact with the people that interact with them first. Plus, whenever they speak, they speak very straightforwardly. They are usually busy so it would be a unique opportunity when one is lucky enough to meet them.

Game

Eyes of Chaos

"Eyes of Chaos" is a game sectioned off into five parts, starting off outside a gas station, named "Joe's Stellar Gasoline!" in the middle of nowhere. One of the first things the player may notice is that there is a 45 second countdown, as well as sirens going off. Taking a closer look at the gas station, the place is seemingly abandoned and worn down, with parts of the sign about to fall off, most lights no longer working, the right window of the building blocked off, as well as the inside being mostly empty. Once the timer is over, what is theorized to be a nuke, makes an impact. The screen then fades to black, as a monologue scrolls by.

"She used to say to me:

"Do not be afraid."

Just as the angels said to the humans of earth

I used to think,

"How could she possibly expect this of me?"

But I see now, I missed the point of it all."

Then starts the first act, titled "1: THINK". The player is then taken to a void-like place, with shallow water beneath them. In front of them, they can see the remains of the gas station, submerged in the water. Once the player moves, the remains slowly start sinking, with only a shelf staying, with a radio in the back of it. Clicking this radio makes it turn on, unintelligible audio plays and the shelf slowly sinks too. They can now observe twelve egg people walking towards them, forming a circle around a statue of Jesus, slowly emerging from the water. The player can then see multiple rock formations, emerging too. Firstly, one with a stand with a television on it, as well as a picture of the egg people. There is a trumpet and a dead tree next to it. There is a smaller one with a hatstand, with Lummony's hat rested on it. On the other side, they can see a game of chess; a rose in a pot playing against a couple apples. One of the chess pieces have fallen over. Behind this, there is what seems to be a hanging station placed on a column. The kings and queens of both chess players are hanging. Walking close to it, a piece of text will be shown on the players screen, saying "SDBCRLN." this can be decoded with Caesar Cipher, shifting 9 letters to the right. The player will get the word "JUSTICE." they will need to say this in chat to progress. They will then be able to observe longer rock structures, going in and out of the water. Walking over to the area with the most rocks, they will be able to see the entrance to a bunker. Holding down their "E" button, their screen will fade to black once again, with the following text:

"You will stab me in the heart.

Right where they shot you.

From my pierced heart will pour my soul,

flourescent and burning like lava.

Drink it, לחיות."

Then starts the second act, titled "2: REMEMBER". The player is then taken to a circular hallway, with black splotches on the floor and people submerged in said splotches. A muffled audio of a person speaking plays, the noise of a clock ticking gradually gets louder, both of these shortly going quiet after some time. There is an opening on the other side, with a bridge leading to a house. The door to this house is wide open. Once the player enters, a phone starts ringing. Inside, they can see a living room with a familiar television stand, a kitchen with a clickable radio, and note on the fridge next to it, with a few reminders written on it. This note seems to be a callback to the chess game, with it referencing granny smith apples, as well as a rose. There is a locked room upstairs. Clicking the radio plays another unintelligible audio, and opens the locked room in question. Inside, there is a crib flipped over. If the player avoids the crib, they can also see a bed, a table with a can of soda, a computer, and a newspaper talking about a "SALT Treaty". The flipped over crib serves as a portal, leading to the second game, "Molten Soul", which also starts off the third act, titled "3: FEEL".

Molten Soul

The player starts off in what appears to be a fancy restaurant or ballroom with many empty tables. Towards right from where the player spawns, there is a slightly misplaced candle on the wall. Clicking this candle will put it into place, as well as opening the door straight ahead from where the player spawned. Inside they will be greeted by two paintings, and a bunch of chairs. Going further, they will see a rather messy theater room, with empty drinks scattered all over the place, showing a lack of care towards the play that is currently going on. On the stage, there is a humanoid radio and an apple in a vase.

Going back to the restaurant, towards the back of the room there are two doors which both lead to the next area. The next area is much more abstract and is challenging to describe. There the player will be able to find a pergola with a table, surrounded by odd geometric structures. On the table they will find a fish (It is recommended they grab the fish before continuing as it will be needed later.) They can see watering can people walking across, likely as a reminder to the note on the fridge. Walking through and past the pergola will take them to a large temple, more specifically a ziggurat. The door will slide open as they approach and as they enter the player will be greeted with a strange 3-headed figure or statue supposedly named Solomon (based on the badge obtained when approaching him) hanging from the ceiling by many strings surrounded by lanterns. In the center of the room is a pillar with a plate on top. Walking close to it, some text will appear on the screen of the player.

"Meaningless! Meaningless!"

says the Teacher.

"Utterly meaningless!

Everything is meaningless."

Placing the fish on the plate will cause a section of the floor to lower into a chamber far below. This chamber contains another strange figure. This time with 2 heads and is supposedly named Saul (also based on a badge). Saul is sitting alone at a large banquet table surrounded by empty chairs, and most notably, is impaled by a large sword. His hands are around the hilt and it is unclear whether he plunged it into himself or was trying to remove it. Walking closer to Saul, more text will appear.

"Hopes placed in mortals die with them;

all the promise of their power comes from nothing."

Getting closer to the wall behind Saul will cause a door to slide open and will reveal a cube with a glowing door inside. There is a big gap between the place where the player is standing and the structure itself. Nothing needs to be done to cross the gap, simply walk on the air, towards the door. Entering will teleport the player to a place called "מִישׁוֹר", starting the fourth act, titled "4: ASPIRE".

מִישׁוֹר

This place is the most abstract and difficult to explain. The player starts at the cubed structure from before, in a white void with a longer hallway-like arrangement of the cubed structures in the distance. At the end of the hallway, to the left, the head of a statue can be seen. Approaching it will put the text, "YGZGT!" on the player's screen. This text can simply be decoded with Caesar cipher, shifting 6 letters to the right. This will give the player the answer, which is "SATAN!". In the center of the structure is a strange black creature with 6 arms, 3 skulls and two legs. It is unclear whether the creature is or was alive. The creature appears to be meditating or have been meditating before it died. It sits in an inverted spinning color-changing cube. Approaching it will prompt a strange message, stating:

"Where you inhabit is but a parody of the great מִישׁוֹר, a polygon in the fractal of existence."

Typing in the codeword, "SATAN!" will make this creature hold some kind of light. The player can interact with this light, this will make their screen fade to black, showing more text.

"Grief is the price of love.

If you think that's a steep cost,

wait till you hear the price of not loving.

Everything worth anything has a cost.

We must be careful not to take what we cannot afford."

This will start the fifth act, titled "5: PERISH". The player will then be taken to a concrete hallway, lined by arches. After exiting this hallway, the player will be greeted by what seems to be a council of skeletons, most of them having chess pieces on top of their head. In the middle of this place, there is a sphere made of water. The player will need to push three buttons, of varying shapes to progress. The first one is a square. This one can be found right behind the skeleton that has the king for its hat, outside of the building. Behind this button, there is a dna-like object. Approaching it will put the text, "Purpose." on the player's screen. The second one is a triangle. This can be found right behind the skeleton with the pointy-looking crown, on the side of the cube on the ground. Next to the triangle the player can see the radio head hiding, with the apple inside of a vase. Getting close to it, text will appear on their screen, stating "Love.". The third and last shape the player will need to find is a circle. This can be found on the right side of the crownless skeleton's seat. Approaching it will put the word, "Wisdom." on the screen. Once all the buttons have been pushed, the plate in the middle of the building will have a slight opening, with red liquid in it. Jumping in will put various non-continuous texts of Lummony's rushing thoughts on the screen.

After some time, it becomes a lot more collected, going:

"I am not enough.

Why do we stir black and white into grey?

There is good and there is evil.

Only a fool sees light in a world where those who do evil are not held accountable.

I did evil.

I am both the first man and the first snake." The screen will then cut to a shot of a skeleton with Lummony's hat, sitting in the middle of the sandy plain, with collapsed structures in the background, and dust flying across the screen.

"Now I sit here in guilt and sorrow.

My final moments dissipating like a vapour.

I am in no condition to chase the wind to retrieve them.

I am a dead man." The screen will then slowly fade to black again.

"So how do I still think?

What am I meant to think about now?

My achievements? My shortcomings?

The point of it all?

Why have I been confined to my dissolving mind?

I must remember not to be afraid.

That's what she used to say.

I should've listened to those wiser than me.

I'm sorry."

This seems to be the end of "Eyes of Chaos" in the current moment.

Group

Relict

Lummony is the owner of Relict. This group used to be useful to know who Lummony interacts with, and who he had relationships with. Nowadays, the group does not seem to be in use aside from him occasionally ranking friends who join.

Relationships

Joseph

A mentally unwell friend of Lummony who was convicted of treason and sentenced to death. It has been speculated that Lummony was involved with this incident.

Lummony has been on record saying everyone he knows is gone.

(Lummony also briefly mentioned that he had a brother who served as a police officer.)

Theories

  • The eye he covered is his “Eye Of Chaos”.
    • Lummony never stated the day he last looked at his injured eye.
  • The DNA strands may represent the kings of Israel.
    • In Molten Soul we get three badges. Their names are Solomon, Saul, and David. These three of the first four kings of Israel. I believe that the statue at the end of the bridge in Primordial Farce is King Saul. I think this because the figure has a sword going through him. Saul died due to his own sword. Behind him is his successor, Ish-Bosheth, who ruled for a very short time. He represents the squid who was meant to fly and shine in the light of god, yet was killed before he could ever achieve such greatness. David was the third king and I believe he represents the home. Since out of the first four he was seen at the best, his achievement also mentions the virtue of peace. We are most peaceful at home. As for Solomon I think the boat represents him. His achievement says "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." Even though he mentions the repetitiveness of human actions, he probably tried to discover new ways to go about things. These are the four DNA strands. Then the devilish looking statue looking at the tree is probably Solomon's successor Rehoboam. He sits next to the tree of rule because he is of the royal blood line. He regrets how he separated Israel and Judah and does not want to see what will happen after he passes.

Trivia

  • More information can be found on his YouTube channel: Lummony
  • Lummony frequently refers to an event he calls “The day the skies fell”.
  • It is unclear whether Lummony is dead or alive.
