look inside yourself. what do you see on the other side?— SigilSigil is a myth-associated user or ARG, who gained lots of popularity in a very short amount of time. He is known for his extremely detailed PS1-styled game (named after himself) and for the popular YouTuber Flamingo’s, video on him. Sigil is affiliated with the myth community but is not a myth himself, considering himself more of an ARG.
History
Sigil joined Roblox on 9/13/2007, but most likely wasn't active until mid-late 2021. It was inactive a few years after the account's creation but would made the aforementioned return after years of inactivity. This was due to the account being PGed. His myth account developed slowly and his fanbase grew at a decent pace once his character and game were established. That is, until Flamingo's video where he played through Sigil's horror game. From this point, Sigil gained a large amount of popularity at an alarming rate, reaching 30k+ visits in a single week. Assumingly around this time, he began labeling himself as an ARG rather than a myth.
After his surge in popularity, he began making frequent updates to his game and Discord server. On 11/05/2021, Quiaudit was introduced to his story, and then the next day, Sigil’s group, CEREBRUM, was created. This was followed by a period of inactivity from him until mid-March 2022. At this point, Sigil began updating his Discord server, group, and game, where another character was added after the disappearance of Quiaudit. Their name is overreadings and multiple other characters were introduced after this, but haven't been used. There has been progress with updates and new content throughout the year 2022, but unfortunately, it ended when the Sigil account was locked on 1/8/2023. Although this may seem like an end to the project, Sigil stated that they may start under a new account and continue to develop their content.
Sometime in October 2024, nearly two years after being locked, Sigil was terminated by Roblox for unknown reasons.
Appearance
Sigil currently wears the Red-Skull-Space-Helmet, the “i know you very well” pants, and a t-shirt with an eyeball on it named, “i can still see you”. This outfit is almost always worn by him; only having the shirt replaced for short moments. Many people have copied his outfit while joking around with him.
Personality and Traits
Sigil is a very cryptic and formal person while also being kind and encouraging honesty. When speaking in Discord, he uses correct grammar and is depicted as a kind, calm, and collected person. When asked questions, he answers the question directly but seems to hold back on the information he reveals.
