Stfil is a myth related to the popular myth, Ghlaxanes, and is one of the members of the “Ghlaxanes Family”. He seems to be an aggressive and rude person, as well as the enemy of the other two family members.
Biography
Stfil is a human who was born and came from Alman to the Ghlaxanes, according to the origin of the Midnight Curse. This planet, Alman, is the unnamed earth-like planet seen in EK-2585 and is unnamed for "many reasons” as Abner stated. The location of where Stfil landed on the Ghlaxanes is unknown, though there's a chance it’s the Abyss. He probably came after Egor and Abner.
He is as well connected to the Midnight Curse: he is the one who brought it and is his supposed creator, though the Abyss, a 500,000 year old structure, indicates that the Midnight Curse existed way before Stfil ever set foot. He’s also related to the Prophecy, as it’s said he’s the one who “unleashes” the chaos, and is connected to the pattern happening all 100 years, alongside Egor and Abner. His role is unknown however. He is associated with the green beam/arc.
History
Stfil's account was created on February 25th, 2018, and created his game on 4/4/2018. On September 30th 2020, Ghlaxanes retired, including this he revealed he also owned the Dkwb and Stfil accounts, retiring this account too. Eventually, unretiring was considered in the Summer of 2021, but this would result in little development.
Appearance
Stfil's current appearance consists of a white head and arms, including a black torso with "Really Black" colored legs. He also wears the "Midnight Jester Mask" face accessory, and the "Midnight Jester" shirt.
Personality and Traits
Stfil is contemptuous, ambitious, despises everyone, and is cold to the player. He doesn't hesitate to make fun of them and discourages them from finding anything, as seen in "An Illusion." He has a tendency to tell many lies, and it is said to be the one not to be trusted. He said himself that he will never make promises and that if it ever has to happen, he will always break them no matter what.
When possessing the Curse, Stfil can be seen as invincible. He mentioned he could be considered a sort of demi-god. Though being a human, the fact he’s over 25,000 years old might indicate he is immortal, or at least has an incredible longevity. The Midnight Curse is what keeps Stfil alive and allows him to be reborn. Anyone that would be affected or killed by it would become an undead; their body officially becomes a backup host whenever Stfil dies. Once it happens, he can pick any body and control them for how long he wants, until another death or if the body becomes too weak. He is immune to the Midnight Curse.

Relationships
Ghlaxanes
Ghlaxanes, known as Egor, is a family member of the “Ghlaxanes Family”. Stfil deeply dislikes Egor, because he tries to prevent him from unleashing chaos and to spread the Midnight Curse. He often states he will one day get rid of him. However, it looks like Stfil acknowledges the importance of Egor in the pattern and the Prophecy.
Dkwb
Dkwb, also called Abner, is the other member of the “Ghalxanes family”. As Egor, Stfil despises and hates him, mostly because he tries alongside Egor to prevent him from causing more chaos. He finds their discoveries pathetic, and is annoyed when they report their findings to him. Stfil also said he will get rid of him, when an occasion happens.
Theories
- Wiseful One Involvement; The Wiseful One is a person, most likely the precursor of Stfil himself.
- Stfil seems to be submitted to an entity he considers superior, to whom he comes to seek advice and communicate directly (as seen in the description of “The Guardian's Wiseful One” or in the letter.) This same person seems to be the one who inspired Stfil to unleash the Prophecy for the future.
- In this theory, the Wiseful One also comes from Alman, and was the first to bring the Midnight Curse to Ghlaxanes. According to the Fallen Trio Kingdoms tale, they would be the one who stopped the war, causing the fall of the Kingdoms. After Stfil was born and came to Ghlaxanes, the Wiseful One would have given him control of the Midnight Curse and the Prophecy, so that he could continue the legacy.
- The statue in The Guardian's Wiseful One is therefore the Wiseful One, not Stfil.
- In the current games, the Wiseful One could be in another form and residing in Darkness Within' The Guardians, as this is the place where the player is teleported to after touching the statue. The large statue found in it might as well represent the Wiseful one.
Trivia
- At the time when Valkore was in the story, it is said that the Arc would have disintegrated the moon of the same name, before Stfil would have killed him.
- Stfil's birthday is on June 17th. He is 25,001 years old in the year 2021.
- It was planned that a planet was going to be called Stfil. But it has never been done.
