Stop— Description of Behind YouStopLookingBack is a Roblox myth that was being investigated Roblox's Myths foundation. He was popularized by Flamingo and InterestingMyths in late 2018.
Biography
StopLookingBack is a dimension hopper. He first awoke in an empty hallway without any memory from before. Everyone on his friends list is from a separate dimension or timeline (With the exceptions of mrflimflam, 1ik, and illocality.) He has states when “two sides” of something, touch, a new dimension is born. Though we are not sure what the “two sides” are from, they could be two dimensions or two people from different timelines react.
We do know that one of his two sides controls him warps him to be that person. A timeline is created by actions. Doing things like walking or moving create new timelines where you could do that thing differently. StopLookingBack also has a red arm, and this red arm is suggested to have come about from an accident that happened.
History
StopLookingBack joined Roblox on the 11th of November, 2018, and created his game on the same day. Prior to the creation of the StopLookingBack account, Flamingo would make a video about many myths associated with StopLookingBack due to them being followed by InterestingMyths. Later, on the 5th of December, StopLookingBack would actually be featured in a Flamingo video, titled "These Roblox players are making VERY... weird... games...". After this, StopLookingBack became an "Investigating Myth" in Roblox's Myths when FoxBans introduced him into the group.
After the RM members were introduced to this myth, agents in their intelligence agency began making what documentations they could. This started with user, Dhallwial123alt, putting together a report about this myth and the other accounts associated with it, alongside a few other agents on 12/16/2018. Then, StopLookingBack had an increase in hunter interaction, starting with Foxicarus being invited to StopLookingBack's game on December 24th, 2018. A YouTube video of this encounter was then produced. Next, StopLookingBack was interviewed in the RM Facility, which was recorded by the agent, Calcent, on December 31st, 2018.
After this, StopLookingBack's activity would no longer be documented, meaning what StopLookingBack did in 2019 and 2020 is largely unknown. It is known that they would update the game at least once in January 2020, and would come online one last time, in September 2020.
Appearance
StopLookingBack's avatar consists of different colored body parts. He has a white head and legs, a light gray torso and left arm, and a red right arm. He also wears the "ROBLOX Boy Right Arm" body part.
Personality and Traits
StopLookingBack has been known to act very confusing and is usually quiet around others. He will chat with people on rare occasions but he is also seen to speak very angrily at times and is able to shift from an angry state to a more calm state if he is handled correctly. There are many signs that he may have a number of Dissociative disorders, such as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), experiencing mood swings when triggered and exhibiting various contrasting personality traits at different times. For example, Stop has sassy and cunning nature in one personality, compared to his fearful, scatter-brained and more Ill-minded counterpart. This may be a result of his dimension swapping. He also experiences gaps in memory of selective events. Such memory loss could be the result of Dissociative Amnesia.
Game
Behind You (Unavailable)
When the player spawns in "Behind You", they are standing in a small hallway with a pedestal with floating object above it. On the wall behind the pedestal is also an arm which is coming out of a black hole in the wall. The hallway is lined with pillars on the sides and a symbols of four circles on the walls. After walking a long time, the player will reach the end of the hallway, which has a gate with creatures behind it, and a pedestal with a book in front of it. These creatures are called "He" and "She" by StopLookingBack, and it is said if they touch, time and dimensions will collide and form another timeline.
From here, the players who had access to the games were unable to progress further in the game, and we therefor do not know if the game has anymore content.
