Biography
RandyStoneley was the old owner of the Double R' Bar with his step-brother Roran. He inherited it from his father when he died. His brother Roran opened his bar in the basement, and sold beer and alcohol there, and made his home in his father's old bunker. Randy took the place of bar upstairs and sold Coke, presumably living in one of the locked rooms or in an offsite location.
In 1997, Randy came across a five-year-old on the streets named Mulberries. He took him under his wing and let him live in the Double R' Bar, much to Roran's displeasure. He is now in a much older shape, still taking part in the bar.
