I don't understand.— Rykwah
Rykwah is a popular myth, known for their extensive lore and known to be ranked in many myth hunting groups.
Biography
Rykwah (real name Rebecca) is a 14 year old girl who resides in Ochiru Yuki, a land where she is safe from all harm, it is a peaceful land. This place was created by Eli, an angel-like entity who had sent her there to protect her. Eli has killed four of Rykwah’s classmates due to them bullying Rykwah. This caused Rykwah to be sent to White Willows, a mental institution where doctors claimed that she had a wild imagination due to them thinking she’s making Eli up and that she was a harm to others and to herself. Eli and her “servants” make sure Rykwah does not leave Ochiru Yuki. Eli is secretly a manipulative, evil being that manipulates Rykwah without her questioning anything. In the game 'onq raq', there is a small character you meet. She tells you how even though you were sent to destroy Eli, he is not the problem himself. She explains how you must confront Rykwah first, because she has created Eli in her mind and that killing Eli would not fix the problem.
History
Rykwah was created on December 13th, 2010 as “rebeccaey112233”. They were turned into a myth in 2014. On November 29th, 2020 the Youtuber known as Flamingo went to her game “.scopophobia.”, which got her massive attention and went on to be an "Acclaimed Myth" in Robloxian Myth Hunters and "Renowned Myth" in Mythsman: Myth Investigation Service.
Appearance
Rykwah currently wears the "Demented Mouse" face, the "Cinnamon Hair", the "Silver’s Necklace", a "Black Combat Scarf", the "Kuddle E. Koala" hat, a "Dark Flower Eyepatch", the "black jeans" pants, and "The ‘Pacifist’ +" shirt. She also has the "Oldschool Animation Pack".
Personality and Traits
Rykwah does not seem hostile to most. She is supposed to be 14 in the story, and is claimed to act like a 5 year old, as said by doctors in “White Willows”. During an interrogation with Rykwah, she tended not to avoid any questions and gave informational answers without leaking too much. Rykwah claims that Eli sees her as a shy person, she can verify that Eli is right. Rykwah does not usually leave Ochiru Yuki without the permission of Eli, so she is not exactly comfortable being anywhere else. She is usually out of character when running her discord server. Doctors at White Willows claim that Rykwah is very imaginative and makes things up, including Eli and Ochiru Yuki. Rykwah seems to like drawing and reading, “You are Special” being her favorite book.

Memoria
Memoria is a myth game created on December 22nd, 2018. Rykwah uses mainly dialogue to explain parts of the story in this game. Much of the progression is done by just brushing against certain objects. It does not take a long time to complete Memoria although it does contain a lot of information that can be proven useful. The other games contain more detail and bits of the story, however Memoria explains more of Rykwah’s past life, seemingly being bullied by her peers shortly before Eli enters her life and changes everything.
The player spawns before a hallway, take the hallway. Two lanterns can be found on either side, clicking them allows the player to read two short stories, they must be decoded first. There are two teleporters, they can be done in no specific order. The player takes the right teleporter, taking them to Memoria: 体育館, “Memoria Stadium”. The player is spawned in what looks like a gymnasium. A group of players look like they’re choosing teams for some sort of game. Rykwah stands alone, nobody picking her for their teams. There is a dark figure at the back of the gym as shown in image 3. Touching the figure will teleport you to a game called, “their eyes”.
The player is in the POV of Rykwah, seeing a representation of how she feels when anxious. One the dialogues end the player is taken to a game called, “Hiding.”. Rykwah is found in the corner of a janitor’s closet, crying alone. Touching Rykwah will teleport the player to a game titled, “Basketball”. A basketball game is already in progress, the player’s able to speak with three NPC’s to gain information, once completed, touching the exit will take the player right back to Memoria. The player then can enter the left teleporter, they will be brought to a place called, “Memoria: ベ ッ ド ル ー ム” (Memoria: Bedroom). The player is able to explore Rykwah’s bedroom as a dialogue plays on, once it is finished the player will be teleported to, “Thoughts, they won’t leave me alone.” then later on to “hanging”. Rykwah is shown hanging from a rope surrounded by insults, the player is unable to move. The screen changes a woman with wings comforting Rykwah.
Once she finishes speaking the player is brought back to Memoria, completing the second game.
Relationships
Eli
An angel who Rykwah had met. Rykwah is under the protection of Eli, who murdered four of Rykwah’s classmates at her command. Eli brought Rykwah to live in another land away from those who bully her and those who believe she is a murderer at the Willow Woods Hospital. Eli seems to be evil and manipulative of Rykwah, Rykwah sadly does not see this and gives into Eli’s bidding.
Mia Langley
She is Rykwah’s mother. She is an author, which explains why Rykwah likes books.
Aiden Langley
He is Rykwah’s father.
Ryou
It is Rykwah’s cat. Rykwah is very fond of him.
Theories
- Rykwah ended her life.
- Throughout the games, we can see coded phrases like "I'm so pathetic, aren't I?", "I'm unfit for this world", "I don't belong here nor anywhere", "I am completely useless" or "I must jump into the abyss".
- In "Memoria", there are a few things that prove this: "Rykwah being sad, because she hasn't been chosen for a basketball team" or "Rykwah cries alone in the Janitor's closet". Also, at the end, we can see her being hung and insulted.
- Eli is a manipulative entity who Rykwah fears but must obey.
- In the reports, of the Willow Woods hospital the doctors claimed that once Rykwah opened up to them about Eli, Rykwah claimed that she feared Eli.
- Eli often insults Rykwah and degrades her, trying to show that she is the one in control.

- They started with "Ochiru Yuki" game.
- Their games are symbolic and cryptic, taking inspiration from surrealist art. In conjunction with the typically bizarre and illogical nature of the human mind, they feature fever-dream with seizure-inducing visuals to convey the confusing, disturbed, and complex state of their psyche.
- Rykwah hopes to give you an experience that is calming, disturbing, enjoyful, educative, and exciting.
