Wranvalur

Let’s just hope that axe doesn’t break, huh?— Excerpt from a note left by Wranvalur

Wranvalur was the former leader of the Pact of Vines, but was replaced by Wynnphyra after he abandon them. The Wranvalur account was transferred to Wynnphyra and would become the lead of the group

Biography

During Wranvalur’s youth, he attended a school for druids. He learned to master his power here and become a powerful sorcerer. The school also houses many books on druidism and magic. Sometime after, the school was attacked either by bandits or enemy group like the Teleci. Whether or not Wranvalur was there when it happened is unknown. Though he soon came to be one of the last druids alive.

He wandered the land until he came across the Stronghold. During this time it was held by bandits, but before that the Teleci had used it as a base. Wranvalur stormed the stronghold killing many of the bandits, and the rest fled. Here he found Wynnphyra who had been captured by the bandits and locked in the dungeons. He saved her and made her his second in command for his now established group, The Pact of Vines. He began to recruit people from far off lands, and the Pact began to grown. Wranvalur spent most of his time at the Warband, a location away from the stronghold.

One day, Teleci scouts were spotted within the region near the Stronghold. This triggered an intense panic within Wranvalur, and caused him to flee. He left behind a few notes for Wynnphyra, sharing his deepest worries and fears, and how proud he was of her. After that Wynnphyra took over the Stronghold as the leader and Wranvalur was never seen again.

Appearance

Wranvalur’s appearance is very influenced by fantasy. He wears the “Druid Garments” as well as the “Stylish Hair”. He also has the “Forest Deity” hat and wears an “Eyepatch”.

Personality and Traits

Wranvalur for most of his life put up a strong face, but hearing that the Teleci were close triggered something inside him. His strong front fell and he became scared and ran away from the Stronghold. He fled from the weight of his responsibilities, the fear of the Teleci, and his own inner demons. In his notes to Wynn he says he’s lost who he was and all of the loss has built up inside him. Though he still cares for Wynn, he needs to fight his demons alone. Whether or not he accomplishes this is unknown.
